2017 - 2018 Roster Submissions


ROSTERS AREA OF THE SITE IS OPEN - 11/13/17.
Varsity rosters will be accepted beginning: 11/13/17 and the link to this year's rosters will be added.

All Rosters in 2017-2018 will be submitted the blank excel file, email Philip Abel and I will get you the file.

  • Varsity Coaches: click here, and an excel file for your roster will open.
  • VERY IMPORTANT Save it as another file name on your computer, and attach it back to me in an email. You will have to have excel on your computer, or a reader for excel.
    All midseason, or sectional changes to the roster will be done on that file, and resent to me as an email attachment. I will not make changes to any roster at the request of coaches, the roster file must be re-submitted with your changes.

  • JV Coaches: click here, and an excel file for your roster will open. Priority is still given to all varsity rosters received. JV rosters will be posted as a courtesy to JV coaches.

    ALL ROSTERS DUE BY 12/15 & PHOTOS ARE DUE BY 12/30.
    Schools prepare game night programs with the rosters posted here. Please get rosters and pictures to me ASAP.
    Any Roster or Photo not received by 12/30** will run the risk of not being published in the tournament handbook or tournament program.
    All photos posted are "sized" to 640x480.
    If you submit a nice digital photo of your team by the deadline and later re-submit a professional photo or a retake, that photo will be reposted.

    **Last year at sectional time a team photo was omitted from the tournament program. It is possible that your rosters and photos will not be published.

    Please make arrangements with an assistant, a school colleague, or a parent to have a team photo taken perhaps prior to a game or when the team is in uniform.

  • Please select an appropriate backdrop. Your gym is an appropriate backdrop or in front of an athletic display in a commons area in your school. Locker rooms and stairwells are not appropriate.
  • Teams should be in game uniforms and should be arranged in the photo so that the numbers all all uniforms are clearly visible.

    Parents
    It will be quite easy to track your student's program's compliance with the basketball committee's request for rosters and pictures. All rosters and photos will be posted within 24 hours of their receipt.
    If you see that your team's rosters or photos are not posted, please inquire about the progress of this responsibility with your coach or school, thank you.

    AD's, Coaches, Fans, and Parents
    We have only had 100% response to photos and rosters once in 23 years, and never by the deadline. Let's make 2017-2018 the season that every varsity roster and photo gets published.
    If your teams make the sectional semi-finals, all roster and picture information for the tournament program will be taken from the information and photos currently on the website.
